Valence has worked with for various member acquisition methods and can receive electronic X-12 834 eligibility files and/or key new members manually. We work with commercial plans on marketing and sales as well as with Medicaid health plans and “at-risk” IPAs or PHOs with agency assignment enrollment or delegated risk contracts.
Tracking all member enrollment data.
Our integrated member eligibility sub-system tracks all member enrollment data and automatically maintains a time/date record of a member’s eligibility related history. When requested, Valence can also support Cobra claim administration work.
Web-based technology serves members, employers, and brokers.
Valence can deliver four standard web portals: a member portal; a provider portal; an employer portal and a broker portal. Each is a highly functional secured system for delivering information and managing member-centered services, and can be customized to meet specific health plan requirements.
